Our Stores Have Re-opened

2 minute read

Our London stores have now re-opened, this includes our Conduit Street, Sloane Square, Royal Exchange and Icon at the O2 stories.

We know that it’s a strange time and we would like to reassure you of everything we are doing to ensure the safety of our staff and customers
.

Visiting the Store

To ensure everyone’s safety, we are asking customers to come into the store one at a time and we are limiting the number in each group.

We also have reduced hours in place, please check the store’s individual pages before visiting.

The stores have hand sanitiser, gloves and masks available for all customers, our staff also be wearing them. All areas of the store are also being cleaned thoroughly on a regular basis.

We do ask that our customers use card to pay wherever possible
.

The Jewellery

We know that you would still like to see and potentially try jewellery on before purchasing, we are still permitting customers to handle jewellery, but do request that gloves are worn to do this. Each piece that has been handled will also be quarantined for a day to further reduce any risk.

Engraving and Personalisation

Our engraving service has resumed with the re-opening of our Sloane Square store. As items may need to be quarantined when being transferred between our stores or after being handled, please allow extra time for this service.

Our Website

Our website continues to operate as normal; we are able to dispatch all items in a safe manner. There may be minor delays due to slightly slower deliveries, but we are endeavouring to get all orders out as soon as possible.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our customers for their patience and understanding. We are looking forward to seeing you in our stores again soon. If you have any queries or questions regarding our website or stores at the moment, please email aftersales@tateossian.com.
