Warranty Policy
Warranty
All of our pieces have a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery, giving you peace of mind.
What's Covered
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that appear under normal use within 12 months of delivery. If your piece develops a covered fault during this time, we will repair or replace it, or issue a refund if neither is possible.
What's Not Covered
- Accidental damage, such as drops, impacts or other accidents
- Normal wear and tear, including gradual changes in appearance that come with regular wear
- Misuse, meaning improper handling, care or storage, as well as unauthorised modifications or repairs
- Sample sale items. Pieces bought through sample sales are not covered by this warranty.
Shipping Costs
Please note that any shipping costs associated with a warranty claim are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered under the warranty.
