Black Friday (BFCM) Terms & Conditions

1. Sale Period
   • The 20% site-wide discount (10% off Luxe) applies from 17 November to 2 December
2. Eligibility
   • Offers apply to all in-stock products unless explicitly excluded.
   • “Luxe” items receive a 10% discount rather than 20%. (Luxe includes diamonds, gold and precious stones.)
   • Only one discount code can be used per order.
     
3. Returns & Refunds
   • We are offering an extended returns window for all items purchased during the BFCM sale.
   • Items bought between 17 November and 2 December can be returned until mid-January (e.g., 15 January), giving you extra time beyond our usual returns period.
   • To be eligible for a return, goods must be in their original condition.
   • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within [7-10] days of us receiving the return.
4. Communications
   • We will clearly display these terms on our website, on the relevant sale banners, and at checkout, so you know what you’re getting before you buy.
   • When you place an order during the BFCM period, your order confirmation will remind you of the extended returns window.
5. Liability
   • Our liability for faulty or misdescribed products remains unchanged and will be handled under our standard returns and warranty policy.
   • We are not liable for issues arising from courier delays, but we will assist with tracking and claims where possible.
