Delivery Details
| Standard Shipping | €23.55 (3-7 working days) |
| Free Delivery | We are currently offering free EU delivery on orders over €450. |
| Engraved Items | Please allow an extra five working days for engraved products. |
| Weekend Orders | If placing an order on Friday or over the weekend, your order will be processed on the next working day (Monday). |
Courier Partners
All our orders are delivered by DHL, FedEx and other courier companies with express service that requires a signature upon delivery.
We usually process and dispatch regular stock items within 1–2 business days. Engraved or personalised orders must go through extra processing before shipping.
All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. We do not ship orders to P.O. Boxes or BFPO addresses.
Track Your Order
When your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your order's journey.
Taxes & Duties
For orders in the UK and EU member states, all taxes and duties are included in the final cost at checkout.
Delivery outside the UK or EU member states may be subject to import taxes and duties. The amount to be paid depends on the type of goods and where they are produced (Country of Origin). In such instances, it is the customer's responsibility to cover any duties and fees levied by their own country. If you do not pay this fee, local customs regulators will not release the package and will send it back to Tateossian's head office in London. If the parcel is returned, the return charge will be deducted from your refund.
For more information regarding customs duties, we advise our customers to get in touch with their country's Revenue and Customs office.
Possible Delays
Please note that EU orders, delivery may be delayed due to situations beyond our control, such as Brexit, customs delays, adverse weather conditions or an unexpected increase in demand.
