Gold is susceptible to tarnish over time, so we suggest you follow our general jewellery cleaning guide above to clean your solid gold jewellery. You can keep your jewellery shiny between cleanings with a polishing cloth; we recommend ones explicitly formulated for gold.

Gold is a soft precious metal and may be scratched easily, so please take care of your jewellery by keeping it separate in a jewellery box, wrapping it in tissue paper and avoiding contact with hard materials that may damage the surface.
