Tateossian London sells in 70 countries through boutiques and department stores such as Harrods in London and Saks Fifth Avenue in New York, as well as direct to consumer (D2C) through an e-commerce website and four London-based stores.
About the role
As the Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating marketing content for a variety of D2C digital channels including web, social media, digital advertising, e-mail marketing, and PR (press and influencer).
Reporting to the PR & Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in developing digital campaigns and building the marketing calendar. You will work cross-functionally with other internal departments, particularly the E-Commerce, Graphic Design and Customer Service teams, as well as with a number of external agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow the marketing calendar for new launches, promotions and gifting occasions
- Plan digital content in line with the marketing calendar
- Create and upload new content onto the website such as landing pages, homepage banners and blog posts
- Write, build and schedule email newsletters and report on key metrics
- Manage all organic social media, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter and LinkedIn
- Brief the graphic design team to create imagery, graphics and video content for your campaigns
- Create and share blog briefs with external copywriter
- Work with the external digital marketing agency to provide them with campaign assets for PPC advertising (including paid social media)
- Work with the PR agencies in the UK and US to provide them with assets, and assist with press samples, product loans and gifting activations
- Maintain relationships with current influencers and build relationships with new influencers
- Promote Tateossian stores online to drive footfall
- Assist with product photoshoots, gathering behind-the-scenes content
- Create regular reports on key metrics for email, social media and influencer marketing activities
- Conduct research to analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive landscape, and prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising data
- Any other ad hoc duties, as reasonably required
About You
- Excellent English copywriting skills
- Social media experience, ideally for a luxury/jewellery brand
- Experience with e-mail marketing
- Ability to think creatively to create a visually attractive feed that is on-brand
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Able to work to tight deadlines
